In so doing, the movie is out to tell a smart comedy with the right measures of warmth and sincerity thus making the viewers to have a good time while at the theaters. Regardless of the fact that its theme is not particularly cheerful, Bad News should be aired for the sake of laughs, for the romance and as a depiction of contemporary relationships.
