Fighter Movie Review
It is coming at some places, tracking; there is a little bit of difference here, but it is not a big factor. You know, the difference is not a big factor. The total footfalls of this film are 1.17 crores, and the verdict of the box office has come.
This is It Has Come; it is a super hit, so this movie is already like I told you; if it had not gotten that negativity in the beginning, if a negative narrative had not been set for it, then I am sure that this movie would have done very well in terms of the box office collection because It Had Everything has
just been released on OTT.
So this fighter The movie is inspired by a real-life event. When the movie started, we saw how a man plants a bomb in a car and commits suicide bombing among CRPF vehicles and in reality, a similar terrorist attack also took place. It happened on February 14, 2019.
The place was Pulwama and our response to this Pulwama attack was the Balakot Air Strike In the movie, we also see that after the Pulwama attack, Hrithik Roshan’s character Patty and the entire Air Force carry out the mission of Balakot Air Strike.
Even in the movie, the place where the air strike takes place has been described as Balakot, so yes, this movie has taken inspiration from the real event, which according to me is a proper tribute to the Indian Air Force and their missions, and after this air strike, Pakistan.

Two days later, the Air Force also tried to respond by sending its advanced fourth-generation F16 and JF 17 fighter planes to the LOC To respond to these, Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman led his team and brought MiG 21 aircraft.
He accidentally landed in Pakistan due to a communication breakdown during the mission, and after downing Pakistan’s extremely sophisticated F-16 aircraft with his MiG-21, he was apprehended by Pakistani forces. In the movie, things are a little different, though.
Several changes occur during the movie. In actuality, Abhinandan Sir has two distinct personalities: Here, Patty, played by Hrithik Roshan, is the squad leader; Abhinandan Sir is the pilot and handles the captures as well.
The one who is captured on the land of Pakistan is Karan Singh Grover’s character Taj and yes, the character of Bash has been fictionally added in this movie by Siddharth Anand and Abhinandan Sir has been added by the Indian Government with its consultation.
Our country was brought back, whereas in the movie we see that Anil Kapoor and his team bring back the character of Karan Singh Grover captured in Pakistan in the final fight, so yes, a little dramatization has to be done in the movie. As I have said before, everyone is aware that the film Fighter is based on true events and includes references to actual events, although the plot has been altered.
Such fictional components have been incorporated into patriotic films before. Indeed, we witnessed in Re: The Surgical Strike how the narrative centers on Vicky Kaushal’s character. Mohit Rain’s character was added entirely to the plot, and there were even real-life characters included in that film.
So basically, the movies have to be changed a little bit in the story, and drama elements have to be added. If you want complete factual information, then I would say to watch the documentary; there you will get good research and proper storytelling.
So basically, the hits of the Uri movie. After this, the Indian audience was expecting that we would get to see a proper movie on the story of Abhinandan Sir in the future, but it did not happen.
Inspired by those events, Siddharth Anand made this movie, and taking the movie, I would say that this movie is one of the theater-worthy movies because its dialogues add fun, and whenever Vande Ma’s song is heard in theatres, it gives a different feeling.
There was no slogan named ‘Based on True Events’ because this movie mentions real-life events, but the facts were a little different in reality. I found Deepika Padukone’s character and her back story very good.
And when, in a scene, Ashutosh Rana and Deepika Padukone’s characters sharing the screen in the same scene was an outstanding point of the movie, it still did not get much material. As much as they were strong, we have already seen female characters in aviation movies, for example, Kunjan Saxena and
now. Recently, in Tejas, Kunjan Saxena, things were delivered well, but it is better not to talk about the Tejas movie.
Fighter Movie Summary
So here, the way Deepika Padukone has been given a coating, I liked it very much as compared to Kangana Ranath’s character. Hrithik Roshan’s performance in the movie Bhai Fighter was very impressive; like the outstanding work he had done in the movie Kaabil, it was of that level and, to be honest, he has given good performances in all his recent movies, which means I don’t think he has done any better in any of his movies.
You may have given useless performances in the movies that have been released recently, but if there is something that I found useless in this movie, then it was its villain, that is, such a bodybuilder and useless plot, the armorer has given the villain a bang in a scene of the movie.
A Balakot air strike happens, and in that scene, all the terrorists die, and almost all the people there die. In the same scene, the villain gets only a minor injury, and in the next scene, we also see that there was no effect of the injury on him.
The minor injuries he had suffered have now completely disappeared. The athlete would have broken his arms and legs, and at least he would have felt that the air strike affected his character in the final fight. The hand-to-hand combat between Hrithik Kroshan and the villain was unnecessary, and in the movie Fighter, the villain does not even give such a threatening feeling that there is a need to fight in the end, so I did not like the hand-to-hand combat.
So the villain seemed quite weak. How did you like this movie? Please let me know. We are talking about villains; they also had a secondary villain who was flying in the air. I mean, that red-nosed pilot—what can I say about him? I still don’t understand why that man was flying the plane wearing black hair. This happens every time there is a Bollywood movie.
Whenever they show a Pakistani villain, they put black hair in his eyes, like a typical Pakistani.
So I counted some negative points, which were its villains, and the VF in the rest of the movie deserves appreciation because the boss has worked on its VF, the Oscar-winning company DNEG, which had given the VF of Dune and Brahmastra the VF of this movie.
My Opinion
One is so good that he genuinely deserves appreciation, and the backlash that the movie was getting was that there is a song in this movie, something like Ishq, so keeping that backlash in mind, the makers included that song in the final cut of the movie. They did not add it, which is the right decision because that song did not match the tone of the movie at all, and I say honestly, I found the Sher Khul Gaye song also an accessory in the movie because it did not match the tone of the movie. The rest of the time, I liked the movie overall, and I have mentioned a few spoilers that I wanted to discuss. We have to admit that every movie by Siddharth Anand is beautifully shot, which means that his scenes are genuinely beautiful to watch. Overall, I like this movie. I liked it, and it was Bollywood’s tribute to the Indian Air Force and the Balakot mission, as well as to Abhinandan Sir. Overall, I found this project very good.
